As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful surgical outcomes. Your expertise in robotics and general surgery will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care.

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and comfort
• Collaborate with surgical teams to execute complex procedures using DaVinci robotics
• Utilize your proficiency in orthopedic and general surgery to enhance patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC EMR
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Proficient experience in DaVinci robotics and general surgery
• Proficient experience in Ortho, including Total Joints
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Travel experience within the previous 15 months required
• Active Iowa or compact/multi-state RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
• Scrub experience is a plus
